These Terms & Conditions ("TC") are an agreement between you and Dallas Cole Consulting LLC, doing business as Dallas Cole ("Dallas Cole Consulting," "Dallas Cole," "we," "us," or "our"). These TCs set out the terms and conditions that apply when you visit or use www.dallascole.com (the "Website") and when you purchase a digital product or enroll in an online course from www.dallascole.com. By using the Website, you agree to these TCs. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. If you are unable to understand or have any questions about these Terms, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
You will be required to confirm that you have read and accept these TCs before you submit an order. Please note that these TC are subject to change, so review and save or print a copy of these terms before each order that you submit.
Overview These TCs do not affect your legal (statutory) rights under your applicable state laws relating to the sale of consumer products.
Use of the Website. The Website provides educational content, resources, online courses, and consulting services related to personal finance, money management, and financial communication. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or interfere with the use of the Website by, anyone else.
Order and Acceptance Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase a digital product or online course from us. Orders are subject to our acceptance, and we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept your order, including where:
We will send you an email if we are unable to accept your order, unless we suspect it was placed for fraudulent purposes, and will inform you of the reason.
Product availability We will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about the products/ online courses displayed on our site, for example, information about prices, descriptions, or the availability of products/courses, and we may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. We may also discontinue any product, course, or service at any time and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability, or description of any product/course after we have accepted an order to deliver the product/online course to you.
Prices and payment.
The product/course price is always the price indicated on the website when you place your order. The price does not include tax (where applicable).
Payments are processed through our online payment processor, Stripe. You understand that by purchasing through our website, you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions of Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. We may withhold access to any product or course until your payment has been received in full.
Refunds/Cancellation.
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product/online course, all sales are final and there is a strict no-cancellation/no-refund policy. For this reason, we want you to be very sure that the time is right for you to make this commitment.
Online Sessions/Masterclasses/Lessons/Modules. The content for our products/courses is made available through a third-party membership site with a secure server, and we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the online content will be available at all times. However, if the content is not available in whole or in part at any time, or becomes corrupted, is deleted, or fails to be stored, we shall have no liability under any circumstances.
Live Events and Workshops. These terms also apply to any live event, workshop, or retreat (in person or virtual) hosted by Dallas Cole Consulting or at which a representative of Dallas Cole Consulting is presenting. By registering for or attending, you agree to the following:
Our relationship with you.
This is an online course, and you fully agree and understand that a 1-1 relationship does not exist between you and us during or after the conclusion of this Course. If you would like to engage us in 1-1 consulting/coaching services, we will have a separate discussion, and should we decide to enter into a 1-1 relationship, we will both review and sign a separate agreement to that effect.
Passwords. You agree to keep your user details and your password for the membership site confidential at all times, and you shall not disclose them to any third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account and you shall indemnify us against all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, and any other liability that arises from any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property — No Derivative Works. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, videos, and named frameworks, is owned by Dallas Cole Consulting and may not be copied, redistributed, modified, or used commercially without our written permission. The materials, methods, and information provided by Dallas Cole Consulting as part of this program (including but not limited to course modules, worksheets, training videos, slides, event recordings, frameworks, and strategies) are proprietary and protected by intellectual property law. These materials are for the personal use of the participant only. They may not be copied, shared, taught, sold, distributed, recorded, or repurposed—whether in whole or in part—for any commercial use without the express written consent of Dallas Cole Consulting. Creating derivative works, programs, or services based on this content is strictly prohibited.
Use of Artificial Intelligence. You may not input, upload, or otherwise provide our products or course materials—including but not limited to course content, frameworks, templates, worksheets, methodologies, videos, and recordings—into any artificial intelligence tools, machine learning systems, or automated content generation technology for any purpose, including summarization, analysis, rewriting, or content generation. You may not use our products or course materials to create derivative works using AI or to train AI models, language learning models, or similar systems. Any use of our products or course materials with AI tools requires our express written permission.
Confidentiality and Non-Disparagement. We respect your privacy and insist that you respect our privacy. Any Confidential Information shared by other course participants or any representative of Dallas Cole Consulting is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the person who discloses it. You agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any Confidential Information verbally or in writing, including the specific terms of any agreements, proprietary methods, frameworks, or strategies shared within this program.
You also agree that you will not make, publish, or communicate any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Dallas Cole Consulting, or any of our programs, members, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, or representatives.
User Submissions. If you send us comments, questions, feedback, testimonials, or other content through the Website, forms, email, social media, or our programs, you grant Dallas Cole Consulting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and adapt that content, including to create educational content. You agree not to submit anything that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.
Liability and Indemnification To the extent permitted by law, Dallas Cole and Dallas Cole Consulting shall not be liable to you or anyone else for loss or damage of any kind (however caused or arising) relating in any way to this website or your purchase of our digital products, including, but not limited to, loss or damage you might suffer as a result of:

No guarantees/Disclaimer You must understand we are not an agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, registered dietician, or psychotherapist for you. Your participation in this Course will not guarantee any life, business, or health-related results. You acknowledge that although Dallas Cole is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, she is acting as a consultant and providing an educational product to you and that no accountant-client relationship exists between you and Dallas Cole. You understand that at no time are we acting as your personal accountant. Should we decide to enter into such a relationship, we will sign an agreement that clearly defines our intention to do so.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or any product or course, without notice and without refund, if you violate these TCs.
General Terms This TC Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without reference to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Entire agreement This TC Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Dallas Cole Consulting and you concerning your use of this website and your purchase of products from this website, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Dallas Cole Consulting, concerning this website.
A printed version of this TC Agreement and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based on or relating to this TC Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
Changes to These Terms. We may update these TCs at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated TCs. The TCs in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
Electronic Communications and Electronic Signatures.
