Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Dallas Cole Consulting LLC, doing business as Dallas Cole ("Dallas Cole," "we," "us," or "our") operates dallascole.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who visits the Site, joins our email or text list, takes a quiz or scorecard, or buys a course, program, or other product from us. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number when you join a waitlist or email list, download a freebie, fill out a form, or book a call.
  • Purchase details such as billing name and address when you buy something. Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not see or store your full card number.
  • Quiz, scorecard, and form answers, which may include general information about your finances, money habits, or relationship. Please don't send us account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive identifiers — we don't need them.
  • Messages you send us by email, text, direct message, or in our programs.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages you view, time on page, the site that referred you, and similar usage data.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels (such as the Meta Pixel), and similar tools to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and show you relevant ads on other platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly without them.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To run, maintain, and improve the Site and our products;
  • To process orders, deliver products, and give you access to courses;
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support;
  • To send you emails or text messages you've signed up for, including marketing (you can opt out anytime);
  • To measure the performance of our content and advertising;
  • To prevent fraud and protect the security of the Site; and
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website and funnel platform (FG Funnels), payment processors, email and text messaging services, course hosting, scheduling, analytics, and advertising platforms. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.
  • Business transfers, if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, in which case your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages.

5. Email Marketing

We send marketing emails only to people who have signed up or bought from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we follow the CAN-SPAM Act. Even after you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send transactional emails about your purchases or account.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Ask us to delete your information;
  • Opt out of marketing communications, targeted advertising, or the "sale" or "sharing" of your information (we do not sell it);
  • Withdraw consent you've previously given; and
  • Not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of other states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights. Visitors from the European Economic Area or the UK also have rights under the GDPR, including the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to their local data protection authority. Where the GDPR applies, we process your information based on your consent, to perform a contract with you, for our legitimate business interests, or to meet legal obligations.

To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by law.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for as long as you're on our list or have access to a product — and as required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no website or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Visitors

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store information in the U.S. or other countries. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to other websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their privacy policies.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. Please check back periodically.
